grated zucchini (peeled or unpeeled
take out seeds)

milk

chopped nuts

Instructions
Blend dry ingredients.
Grease Bundt cake pan.
Beat oil, sugar and eggs.
Add vanilla and zucchini.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Bake at 350ºF for one hour.
