Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 egg
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup zucchini
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup cloves
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Mix together in a bowl.
  • Pour batter into loaf pan and sprinkle a mixture of cinnamon,brown sugar, and a dash of nutmeg on top and bake at 350°F for 55 mins
