Ingredients

eggs

pkg dry yeast

warm water
1/2
cup
sugar
1/4
tsp. salt
1/2
cup
oil
5-6
cups
flour
Instructions
Dissolve yeast in warm water and sugar.
Beat eggs, sugar, oil and water until foamy.
Add flour and salt, mix.
Let rise and punch down once.
When risen again, shape into buns, let rise and bake 12-15 minutes at 375ºF.
