Instructions
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Heat peaches in 3-qt. saucepan over medium heat until warm.
Stir together cornstarch and water; stir
into fruit.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; boil and stir 1 minute.
Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
Dot with 1 tbsp. margarine.
Stir remaining ingredients until soft dough forms.
Drop dough by spoonfuls onto hot fruit.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream.
Notes
You can substitute 1 can of peach, blueberry or cherry pie filling add 1 tsp of almond extract.
MAKE SURE FRUIT IS HOT BEFORE DROPPING DOUGH ONTO FRUIT!!!
