Pumpkin Spice Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup soft margarine
  • 3/4 cup cooked pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs

Instructions
 

  • Mix ingredients.
  • Turn batter into a greased 13x9x2” pan.
  • Bake at 350ºF for 35-40 minutes.
  • Cool in pan and ice.
