To cooled first mixture add ½ cup cold water.
Blend in 1 egg, add yeast mixture. Then stir in 4-5 cups flour, enough for a soft dough.
Let rise 15 minutes.
Roll out on a well-floured board.
Spread with ½ cup sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon mixed.
Roll up and cut in 1 inch slices and place about 2 inches apart in a greased pan.
Let rise 1 hour.
Just before you put them in the oven brush cream over the buns and bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
