Heat oven to 325ºF.
Mix crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of a 9” springform pan.
Bake 10 minutes at 325ºF.
With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, just until blended.
Stir in chocolate; pour over crust.
Bake 50 minutes or until set.
Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake.
Cool – refrigerate overnight.
