Crab Canapes

Ingredients

cream cheese
softened

lemon juice

hot pepper sauce

imitation crabmeat or lobster
flaked, 8 ounces

chopped red bell pepper

green onions with tops
sliced (about ¼ cup)

cucumber
about 2 ½ medium cucumbers cut 3/8” think
Instructions
Prep
Combine cream cheese, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce in medium bowl; mix well.
Stir in crabmeat, red bell pepper and green onions; cover.
To allow flavours to blend, chill crab mixture at least 1 hour before serving.
When ready to serve
Spoon 1 ½ tsp crab mixture onto each cucumber slice.
Place on serving plate; garnish with parsley, if desired.
Notes
Also good served on melba toast rounds.
