Casserole for a Crowd
Ingredients
- 2 cups raw elbow macaroni
- 2 lbs hamburger
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1-10 oz can tomato soup
- 1-10 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1-10 oz can cheddar cheese soup
- 1-10 oz can water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup margarine melted
- 1 cup fine soft breadcrumbs
- Paprika or seasoned alt
- Parsley flakes
Instructions
- Cook macaroni.
- Brown hamburger and onion.
- Add soups, water, seasonings and macaroni.
- Blend and cover with bread crumbs mixed with margarine.
- Top with parsley flakes.
- Bake at 350ºF ½-1 hour.
- Makes 2 good sized casseroles or one big one.
