Seafood Casserole
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp chopped green pepper
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups cooked fish or seafood
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp buttered bread crumbs
Instructions
- Cook celery, onion and pepper in butter until tender.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Pour into a 1 qt. casserole.
- Bake at 350ºF for 25 minutes.
- Stir. Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake 5 minutes longer.
