Rum Balls
Ingredients
- 3 cups finely crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 cup sifted icing sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup rum
- Icing sugar
Instructions
- Combine wafers, sugar, cocoa and salt.
- Mix in pecans, corn syrup and rum and stir until well-blended. Mixture is should be quite stiff.
- Roll in icing sugar or cocoa.
