Pistachio Salad
Ingredients
- 1 pkg pistachio instant pudding 4 oz.
- 1 container Cool Whip 35 oz, thawed
- 1 can crushed pineapple and juice 19 oz
- 1 cup mini-marshmallows
- 1 can mandarin oranges drained
Instructions
- Dissolve pudding mix in pineapple and juice.
- Add marshmallows, oranges and Cool Whip.
- Mix well.
- Refrigerate at least one hour.
