Ingredients

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 10 oz can tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 2 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  • Mix well.
  • Bake at 350ºF for 40 minutes
