Butterscotch Pie
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 5 tbsp of flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 5 egg yolks
- Butter size of egg
- 3 cups of milk
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix together and cook on stove top until thickened.
- Pour into prepared crust.
- Top with meringue and bake until golden.
