Butterscotch Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 5 tbsp of flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 5 egg yolks
  • Butter size of egg
  • 3 cups of milk
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix together and cook on stove top until thickened.
  • Pour into prepared crust.
  • Top with meringue and bake until golden.
