Milk Mac’n Seafood
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil plus additional for drizzling
- 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley chopped, about a handful
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves chopped
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 1 pound macaroni or small shells
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup white wine or sherry
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- a few grates fresh nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmigiano Reggiano
- 2 cups shredded Gruyere Cheese
- 1 pound bay scallops
