Casserole Cabbage Rolls
Ingredients
- 3 cups coarsely shredded cabbage
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 onion sliced
Mix together:
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can water
- 6 tbsp. long grain rice
- 1 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Grease casserole dish.
- Cook meat until red is gone but don’t brown.
- Layer in casserole
- Pour soup mixture over cabbage and meat.
- Bake 1 ½ hours at 315ºF.
