Chinese Casserole

Servings 1 casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3 tbs soya sauce
  • 1/2 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 tbs brown sugar
  • 1 can bean sprouts

Instructions
 

  • Combine the first three ingredients together and cook until browned.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and place into a 2 qt casserole dish.
  • Top with chow mein noodles and bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350°F
